DR TIMS.

I'm following my weight in pounds as well as kilograms for two reasons - the number in lbs seems more shameful and motivating, and also the weight loss numbers will be bigger and more motivating. We use kilos where I'm from. Yay.

My weight: 27.10.09: 267.773lbs / 121.46kg
3.11.09: /117.36
10.11.09: /117
17.11.09: /115.7

Doctor Tim's Success

I'm going to try to lose weight. I want to lose as much as possible - actually be as small as I can while maintaining my health (a health I don't currently possess).
Signed up for Dr Tim's Success Plan. 2 Meal Replacements a day, and 1 'real meal' - a weighed portion of vegetables and lean meat with a protein limit.
To be honest, I think it might suck. So far I've tried one of the bars and one of the snacks. The snack - a little square of gluten free fat reduced sugarfree chocolate - was pretty epic. I don't think I've ever liked any chocolate that much.
The bar - Improved original flavour - I pity whoever ate original original, cos it tastes like arse.
I'm setting up an updateable entry about all this after this post. Yay.

Radio Disney

I'm in love with Radio Disney!

Iyaz - Replay is decent. I should look into that.
I also think Colbie Caillat is an avenue worth exploring.
Honor Society?
Owl City...
